“I wanted to drop you a line to let you know how wonderful Sara has been doing. She continues to show such great improvement and her confidence is out of the park. ... Her freshman year, Sara was dropped out of the IEP (Individualized Education Program) because she was ‘demonstrating exceptional performance in her regular classes.’ She has even made student of the week and student of the month a few times!!
I am so grateful beyond words for all the help, confidence, courage and discipline (these are Sara’s words) you and the Davis Dyslexia Group have given to my daughter. ... There was a time when I thought Sara would not get a college education... She is now finishing up her freshman semester at Arizona Western College ... pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education, she wants to be a teacher. Can you believe it? A teacher!!!!
I remember all those afternoons crying and getting so incredibly frustrated because I could not make her understand her homework and reading was near impossible. I cry now because I am so extremely proud of Sara and her accomplishments. ...
I believe you have given my daughter her future and I can’t thank you enough.
